As an Account Executive, you'll join a dynamic sales team focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue in the Growth and Mid-Market sectors. This team is dedicated to finding exciting new clients for Brex and showcasing the benefits of our top-tier Financial Operating System, which includes Corporate Credit Cards, Expense Management, and Travel solutions. If you thrive in a creative, competitive setting and enjoy helping customers grow, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting.
Value Selling: Clearly communicate Brex’s unique value proposition, aligning our solutions with customer needs.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
Deal Cycle Management: Actively seek out potential customers while managing a high volume of sales cycles.
Requirements
Proven track record as a high-performing SDR/BDR
Over 1 year of B2B SAAS closing experience, ideally in a hunter role
Experience selling SAAS products and effectively conveying their value and ROI
Consistent achievement of quotas and a history of being in the top 10% of performers
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
