Proven track record as a high-performing SDR/BDR

Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting.
Value Selling: Clearly communicate the unique benefits of Brex’s offerings, aligning them with customer needs.
Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee a strong sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Deal Cycle Management: Actively seek out potential customers while managing numerous sales cycles.
Requirements
Proven track record as a high-performing SDR/BDR
At least 1 year of B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally in a hunter role
Experience selling SaaS products and effectively conveying their value and ROI
Consistent achievement of quotas and a history of being in the top 10% of performers
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
